Summary: Hikaru just have to push the two to make them confess their dense feelings.

Takaki has been living his 25 years of life as a straight guy, he had dated women and had fun with them. But a part of him still refuses to admit one thing: he’s deeply in love with his co-member of Hey! Say! JUMP. It all started way back in 2010 where his body starts to get physically attracted on the younger. He didn’t even realize that he’s been touchy to Inoo to the point of wrapping his arms around the latter’s waist. As time passes by, he’s become unaware of holding the beautiful hands of the Meiji boy and possessively wrapping his arm around latter’s shoulders.
All JUMP members know that their relationship from being awkward to somewhat ‘friends’ has been so slow throughout the years of being together in the group. Heck, they’re even in the same sub-unit, Hey! Say! BEST. But unexpectedly, there’s a member who can clearly identify the feelings of the two.
“Ne, Takaki. Wanna join us for a ramen tonight?” Hikaru asked, they had just finished practicing a dance for the new PV. The latter looked at whom Hikaru was referring to as ‘us’ then shook his head to refuse when he found it was Inoo “Nah. I have other plans tonight” he closed the zip on his bag and slid it to his shoulder.
“Oh come on! It’s my treat, okay?” Hikaru grabbed his bag and pulled him to walk out followed by Inoo. They are now walking with Inoo following them who casually smiles whenever he sees delicious looking food advertisements on the way.
“Ne, Inoo-chan...” Hikaru called but noticed that Takaki walked slowly and already walking beside the pale boy.
“Nani?” Inoo asked, not minding how Takaki is close to him, too much that the older’s arm already around his shoulder.
“I want to drink tonight” Hikaru continued, flashing his toothy grin. The pale guy sighed, “Alright. But let’s have ramen first, okay?”
“And gyoza too!” Takaki added with his childish smile making the other two stare at him and stop walking.
“What?”
“As day passes by, you’ve becoming a lot like Chinen” Inoo commented and continued walking. The other two followed, Hikaru started walking on Inoo’s other side.
“Yeah, tell us. Are you 25 or 5?” Hikaru mocked, putting his arm around Inoo’s shoulder too but was immediately shrugged off by Takaki. He just laughed to himself and made the two look at him.
“Nothing~ Ah, here we are!” he stopped and leaded the two towards the restaurant across the street. He talked to a staff and was directed to a private room. The room was old Japanese style, no chairs just low table and pillows to sit on.
“This place has everything we wanted!” Hikaru declared, taking the menu and started ordering for them. After giving their orders, he noticed their sitting arrangement. Apparently, he’s sitting across Inoo who for-who-knows-how-dense-the-oldest-guy among them is sitting too close to the pretty guy. Not aware that the table is a freaking 6-sitters. Hikaru facepalmed as he smiles to himself.
“What’s wrong Hikaru?” Inoo asked, as he sips on his iced tea.
“What are you smiling about?” Takaki also asked, unaware that he wraps his arm around Inoo’s waist.
“You two...” he started, getting amused by seconds.
“Us?” they asked in synched and looked at each other.
“How long are you gonna play the ‘pretending game’, huh?”
“What do you mean?” Inoo raised a brow at the grinning Hikaru.
“Say it, Yaotome” Takaki blurted, not liking how the younger was mocking them.
“Alright, alright. I’ll tell you two. But first, do you realize how you look right now?” Hikaru said making both of them look at each other for a moment. Inoo’s eyes widen as he realized his back was leaning over Takaki’s body while the other immediately unwrapped his arm that was protectively around the latter’s waist. They look away to each other, their face flushed in embarrassment.
“See? You two are not aware that you’re too touchy to each other that people around will think you’re a couple” Hikaru explained, crossing his arms on his chest.
“What are talking about?” Takaki forced a laugh, avoiding the latter’s stare.
“He’s right. Where did you get that idea?” Inoo added, nervously playing with the ice on his drink using the straw.
“Guys, you’re so obvious! And I think I’m the only one in JUMP who’s not that dense to figure out what’s going on between you two”
“Come on, Hikaru. You’re just kidding, right?” Inoo reached out to put his hand on the latter’s shoulder but Hikaru leaned closer to his face and whispered “Jaa, can I kiss you?”. In a matter of seconds, he just felt pain on his cheek and fell backwards.
“Don’t be so close to him. Got it?” Takaki threatened, his face looked like a scary yankee as he stared down at him. It turns out that the older landed a punch on his face when he teased Inoo awhile ago.
“Takaki, you just proved how much you like Inoochan” Hikaru answered, sitting down properly and wiped the blood on his lips. When he said that, both of them looked elsewhere again.
“Excuse us, but the order is here sir” the server arrived and knocked at the door. Hikaru stood to open the door and let them place the food on the table. After the servers prepared everything and left, Hikaru opened the door to leave.
“Don’t worry guys, it’s on me. And please just be honest to each other already!” Hikaru said before stepping out and closing the door to leave the other two alone. Both of them didn’t dare to speak nor make a noise, they just looked away. Inoo, hugged his knees as he stared at the floor while Takaki looked to the outside view of the city.
“I...I... I don’t know what Hikaru was talking about...” Inoo finally broked the silence between them.
“...”
“Well, we can’t waste this food since it was Hikaru’s treat...” he continued when the latter didn’t speak. He took his chopsticks and put the end on his lips as he chooses what to eat first. Takaki saw him doing it and bit his own lip. He wanted to kiss those sexy lips...
“Inoo-kun...”
“Ah! Let’s try gyoza first, you wanted to eat it right?” Inoo ignored what he was saying and finally took a gyoza with his chopsticks. He stood up to walk towards him and directed it to his mouth. Takaki just nodded and opened his mouth to eat but Inoo ate it first.
“You’re too slow! Come, let’s eat!” Inoo smiled at him and invited him to sit and eat at the table. But the older grabbed his waist and planted a soft kiss on his lips, making his eyes widen in surprise.
“I think I like you Inoo-kun...” he confessed.
“Eh?” Inoo blinked at him in surprise.
“No... I think I love you, Kei” he confessed using the latter’s given name and making the pale guy turned red.
“So, you’re answer?” he asked, pulling him closer to his body but only received a nod from the latter, still not believing what just happened.
“Kei?” when he said his name, the latter jumped to him and kissed him, wrapping his arms around his neck and deepen the kiss. Takaki kissed back and sucked on his mouth lovingly, making Inoo moan softly. They pulled apart, both catching their breaths as they stare at each other.
“I guess that’s a yes from you?”
“I... I love Yuya too...” Inoo finally confessed, putting his hand on the older’s chest. He felt the fast beating of his heart, he smiles. Takaki cupped his cheek and they kissed again. And finally, their unspeakable heart spoke and let out their kept feelings.
A/N: I know this is late but, happy birthday Tachan! I promised you 2 days ago that I’ll make one and post it yesterday but I had to edit a thesis that night so I wasn’t able to write one (since my hands were already tired) but I hope you can still accept this tiny weenie gift fanfic of mine.
