One fine Saturday morning, Toma gave Kei a mail letter when he checked the mailbox. Kei happily took it and read it in the living room where Kota was watching a soccer match while having tea. Kota noticed how happy Kei is when she received the letter. A smile grew on his face as he tries to tease his wife.
“A love letter?”
“Yup.” Kota surprisedly poured the tea to his shirt when Kei answered him.
“Seriously?” and Kei nod while reading the letter.
“Hey, are you cheating on me?” Kota rose a brow and placed the cup at the center table.
“So what if I am? You cheated on me too, right?” Kota can’t answer because it’s the truth.
“Who’s the sender then?”
“Like I’ll tell you, besides he’s my secret admirer” she answer while eyes still on the letter.
“Secret what?!” he got more angry hearing that
“Toma, prepare my car. I’m leaving in an hour” she stood and headed to her bedroom.
“I can’t believe her! Cheating on me early in the morning?!” Kota angrily turned off the tv with the remote.
“Well, that’s karma sir” Toma appeared and headed to their parking lot.
I’ll follow her and beat that guy who dared to flirt with my wife!
After an hour, Kei went downstairs wearing black shorts and a floral mini dress. Kota took notice of that white silky skin of his wife and the curly ponytail that reveals her neck and face. When she noticed him looking at her from head to toe, she teased him,
“Are you enjoying your view?” Kota nervously grabbed the newspaper on the center table and pretended to read.
“Are you already going out on a date with him? You only know him through his silly loveletters to you, right?” he asked while still pretending to read the newspaper.
“We already talked on the phone for 2 weeks now so I got to know him somehow. By the way, you’re great in reading that upside down” she smiled sarcastically as Kota turned the newspaper properly then she left.
After making sure that Kei’s car left, he immediately went to his car and followed her. Her car headed towards an exclusive hotel.
This is one of Yuya’s hotel. I might get a help from him of who reserves for Kei, Kota recognizes the hotel.
“Name please?” the receptionist asked her when she arrived.
“Inoo…Ya… Yabu K-ei desu” she almost forgot that her last name is different now.
“Hai, Yabu Kei-san. In unit 269, he will be your guide Ma’am” the receptionist gestured the guy and he lead her way.
Kota heard which unit so he already made his way there after hearing it. When Kei reached the 26th flr, she noticed that it was the leisure part of the hotel. The guide, opened the door to the said unit. It was a classic restaurant and she was guided in the far end where you can see the view outside. She was surprised to see Takaki Yuya sitting and that’s where she was guided to sit.
“Takaki-san?” she asked nervously because she was very surprised.
“Call me Yuya” he took her right hand and kissed it.
“Why-“
“I know you hate me for doing unpleasant things to you before but believe me, I’m not that kind of person at all”
“You’re a womanizer” Kei bluntly said
“Before, but when I met you, you made me change”
“How?”
“I don’t know, its just one day, I woke up and realized that I fell for you”
“After I changed?”
“No, when we hurt your feelings”
“That’s conscience”
“No, I felt like I want to protect you when you got sick. I felt sad when I saw your tears when Kota hurt you. My heart was beating so fast when I tried to kiss you. “
Kei sighed.
“If this is one of your plan to forgive you then-“ her words were cut when Yuya leaned closer and kissed her.
Kota on the other hand were not permitted to go inside the restaurant because all tables were reserved already. He just sat at the lounge at the entrance to wait.
“Kuso! I’ll just wait for them to leave and I’m going to beat that guy’s face when I see him” he mumbled while calling Hikaru. But he got no answers from Hikaru so he just waited there.
“What… did you do?” Kei was stumbled because that was her first kiss.
“I’m sorry for everything. But believe me, I’ve fallen in love with you”
