Baby Chinen woke up to the noise of his Earthling parents arguing downstairs. He rubbed his sleepy eyes before he floated towards the noise he’s hearing. He continued to float towards downstairs and frowned as he sees Inoo and Takaki quarrelling over the uncooked rice at the kitchen.

“I told you not to try cooking” Takaki pointed out as he tried to fix the rice cooker. Inoo just pouted and protested “How am I supposed to eat if I don’t cook, Mr. Smart Guy? You didn’t do it ‘coz you said you’ll be late so I took all the effort to cook the rice”. But Takaki sighed deeply and crossed his arms “But how on earth you destroyed the switch button with just one finger? You’ll just have to simply push the button so it can start cooking but now it’s not functioning”

Inoo’s patience is getting thinner each second so he finally admitted “Alright, I know it’s my fault but you don’t have to blame everything to me. It’s also your fault coz you didn’t cook for breakfast”.

Takaki finally cracked up and decided “Geez, I’m tired of this. I’m going out first” he turned to leave and passed by the floating baby Chinen.

“Go ahead then!” Inoo shouted from the kitchen, hands on his hair and irritated.

“Mama? Papa?” baby Chinen finally mumbled, tears started to form on his tiny eyes. The two panicked and immediately ran towards the weeping baby to make funny faces but it didn’t stop the child from crying.

Inoo thought of something and reasoned out “Aaah! Don’t worry Chii, we’re just practicing for our stageplay at school!”

“Yeah! You see, we have to pretend we’re fighting. It’s just an act, Chii” Takaki also panickly explained to the child and it was a success coz the baby stopped crying and tilted his head to the side cutely asking, “Daa daa?” (Is it true?)

Takaki smiled and elbowed the other guy “Ofcourse it is! Right, Inoo?”

“Nee~” Inoo agreed immediately and smiled at the baby then to Takaki with ‘This is your fault’ phrase on his forehead. The two kept having an imaginary electric current between their stares when Daichan, the robot puppy came down from the stairs. He noticed the two having this eye fight while having their forced smile “Kei, Yuya what’s happening?” he asked the two.

“Ah, Daichan! The rice cooker is not functioning, seems like the switch is busted” Inoo quickly stopped glaring at Takaki and hugged the fluffy dog.

“Oh, I can fix that. Wait a moment” the robotic dog assured them and put his paw on top of the ricecooker to start fixing it using his advance technology. After awhile, the cookware’s power returned so Daichan turned the ‘cook’ switch on. “There, it’s fixed. Let’s wait for it to be cook”

The two looked amazed and both took the puppy’s paw to praise him “Sugoi Daichan! You’re really the best pet robot!”

“Oh, hush. I’m not really that good!” Daichan embarrassedly denied but his face looked so proud and blushing.

“Daa daa daa! Daa daa!” (Daichan is the best robot ever!) Baby Chii agreed and floated towards Inoo’s embrace.  “Yeah, he’s the best robot and you’re the cutest one in the whole universe!” the pale guy kissed the baby’s chubby cheek because of his cuteness and Chii happily giggled. Takaki watched them and felt warmth on his heart, the two really looked like mother and child right now.

“Papa?” Baby Chii suddenly asked, making the brunette blinked in surprise “Eh? What is it?”

“Papa, Mama... Chu!” the baby unexpectedly requested making the two blush in beat red “EHHHH?!”

“Chu!” Chii cheerfully repeated and reach out for Takaki which he gladly accepted so he’s now standing infront of Inoo.

“Are you serious, Chi?” Inoo’s eyes widen, he can’t believe what is about to happen. “You know we can’t do that-“ Takaki tried to explain but was cut when the baby started wailing.

“Waaaah!” the baby started crying, his cheeks turned red as his tears won’t stop flowing. Inoo bit his lower lip before deciding what to do “Alright, look Chii”. He tiptoed to capture Takaki’s lips in a quick soft kiss with Chii in between their bodies. The child suddenly stopped crying and flashed his cutest smile at them. Takaki just blinked in surprise of what just happened while Inoo turned his face to the side to hide his embarrassment and red face. He stared at Inoo and he can’t deny that his heart skipped a beat when their lips touched.

“Yay! Mama, Papa~” baby Chii finally cheered and floated towards Daichan to dance together happily.

”Congratulation, Kei and Yuya!” Daichan greeted and bowed to both of them.

“Eh?”

“What for?”

“In our world, when two people kiss it only means they’ll marry each other in the future!” the puppy explained making the two turned red again and asked in sync “MAJI DE?!”

“Un, maji sunshine!” Daichan smiled and continued dancing happily while baby Chii kissed both Inoo and Yuya’s cheek.

A/N: Okay, I was also laughing to myself about the pun in the end. LOL This is based from the manga/anime “Daa! Daa! Daa!” or known as “UFO Baby” in our country. This is a thank you gift to my TakaIno bestfriends (tasuku_kyota and lu_mi_na) and also a late fanfic gift to Luminachan~ Hope this’ll make you smile even for a bit! Comments are loved!

ufo baby is very much my favorite shojo anime when i was kid
i thought it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sweet and lovely n my heart fell into thousand mess
